Do you ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla?

Do you provide a certificate of analysis (COA)?
Yes. Every batch is analysed by Janoshik Analytical, an independent laboratory. The batch number, the test date and the purity measured by HPLC appear on the product page, and the full report is in the lab reports. To check a COA: compare the batch number on the vial with the one on the report, look at the purity and the date, and confirm the report names the correct peptide.
Does the right of withdrawal apply?
Yes. You have 14 days for sealed, unopened items. Return postage is refunded. If an item arrives damaged or wrong, tell us within 48 hours with photos and we replace it free. The details are on the returns page.

The Spanish Agency of Medicines and Medical Devices (AEMPS) is the medicines authority in Spain.
